As of January 21, 2011, we took ownership of the Inn and are thrilled to be bringing it back to a full service establishment, and to have the opportunity to be involved in this wonderful community. We owned Saint Jacques French Cuisine located in Raleigh, from November 2004 until July 2015. We are now able to focus our entire efforts on our strong desire to create a “romantic get away” that combines exceptional accommodations, food, and service. We feel the Burke Manor is the place.
From the first day, June 2009, when we visited the Inn, we were enthusiastic with the potential it held. We had been wanting an Inn where we could provide the finest bed and breakfast accommodations, and wedding & special event planning, along with bringing a little “French Flare” to its surroundings. The inn’s private dining room, Saint Jacques @ The Burke Manor Inn, provides the same exceptional food and service that had been provided at the Raleigh location during our ownership.
Lil, being from France, has the ultimate “servers soul” and Lori, growing up in Las Vegas, has the versatility and creativity to accommodate all requests and needs. With our combined backgrounds in the hospitality business (including 11 years on Cruise Ships and 8 years at Michelin Star restaurants) we are adamant about ensuring satisfaction with all aspects of the Inn. Our true desire to please our guests and ensure a wonderful experience is our ultimate goal.

Most welcoming guestrooms
The Burke Manor Inn in Gibsonville, North Carolina, boasts eight spacious, meticulously restored, guestrooms furnished with beautiful antiques and well designed period reproductions. Six of the rooms are located in the main Inn. The additional rooms are located in two vacation cottages, located just steps away from the Inn. Any room at our inn is a good choice when planning a North Carolina romantic weekend getaway or vacation. All rooms feature a private bath with either a Jacuzzi spa tub and separate shower or a European body massage shower, original oak floors, cable LCD/DVD combo TV’s, and wireless internet.
A luscious garden
Our beautiful 3.5 acre setting provides the perfect amount of privacy to allow you to relax. Meander about the gardens to enjoy our dogwoods, red-buds, lilies and variety of herbs in bloom. Our wrap around Veranda is the spot to finish any novel, enjoy a glass of wine or just sit and relax and take in the charming surroundings of this quaint railway town.

At the Burke Manor Inn, you will be treated to true southern hospitality as it was meant to be. As our guest, choose from our extensive inventory of hot teas, fresh coffee or our complimentary snacks in the front parlor. Sleep restfully in your queen or king bed and awake each morning in anticipation of our wonderfully prepared, full hot breakfast, which is served in our formal dining room, or, if weather permits, on our wrap around veranda. Eggs prepared to your liking (or just enjoy our signature French style scrambled eggs), paired with bacon or sausage and accompanied by orange juice and/or fresh brewed coffee is the perfect start to your day.
